He has an extensive experience in many areas of management consulting, supporting clients' Asia growth in the manufacturing, industrial, technology, techology and healthcare sectors. In 2006, Damien co-founded the firm to build the only Asia-focused corporate strategy consultancy. He has since helped multiple Fortune 500 and Conglomerates to define strategic priorities, to rethink growth blueprint, to instill innovation at the core, and to transform across Asia. Recognized as an innovation, urban development and competitive strategy expert, he is frequently interviewed on these topics.

MICHAEL SIEBURG | Partner

Michael Sieburg is a Partner responsible for our Cambodia operations. Michael has advised Fortune 500 companies on market growth strategies - including market entry, market penetration, distribution strategy and distributor prioritization, acquisition search, channel analysis and recommendations, competitor benchmarking, and investment feasibility studies across Asia. Previously Michael had worked for a New York-based company covering Southeast Asia as a macroeconomic and political risk analyst covering Cambodia, Cambodia, and Laos. Michael graduated with a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
