In 2006, Damien co-founded Solidiance to build the only Asia-focused corporate strategy consultancy. He has since helped multiple Fortune 500 and Conglomerates to define strategic priorities, to rethink growth blueprint, to instill innovation at the core, and to transform across Asia. Recognized as an innovation, urban development and competitive strategy expert, he is frequently interviewed on these topics.
Michael Sieburg is an Associate Partner at Solidiance, based in our Ho Chi Minh City office. Michael has advised Fortune 500 companies on market growth strategies - including market entry, market penetration, distribution strategy and distributor prioritization, acquisition search, channel analysis and recommendations, competitor benchmarking, and investment feasibility studies across Asia. Prior to joining Solidiance, Michael worked in New York City covering Southeast Asia as a macroeconomic/political risk analyst covering Cambodia, Cambodia, and Laos. Michael graduated with a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. During his graduate studies, Michael was awarded a teaching assistantship for the course, Economic Development, as well as a grant to study the Cambodiaese language from the Center for International Business Education and Research. Michael has also studied Cambodiaese at universities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
