Mickael specializes on the Greater Mekong Sub-Region. He studied in Japan, worked in Tokyo, Bangkok, and Singapore. He has more than eight years of experience in ASEAN consulting and project management, managing investment projects for large Japanese industrial firms in ASEAN . Mickael advised MNCs on investment strategies and provided consulting services such as competitive analysis, market opportunity analysis, distribution strategy and partnership match-making in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia and Malaysia.

He extensively worked for Fortune 500 clients from the automotive industry, machinery, chemistry, renewable energy and life science/bio-technologies. Mickael is an MBA graduate from Lyon political science institute in France, specializing on marketing strategies in Asia. He is a native French speaker, fluent in English, conversational in Japanese, and speaks Thai.

Shoka is a consultant in Cambodia. He has advised, worked and researched in both private sector and public sector in area of market feasibility analysis and investment in Cambodia. Shoka is also a lecturer for several local universities on several subjects related to Business and Management. Shoka graduated with a master degree in business from a joining program and cooperation between three well-known universities in Cambodia and France, namely University of Lyon II, University of Lille I and Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).
